EXPERIMENTAL THEATRE TRAINING IN BARCELONA

Physical, mental and spiritual training where you generate yourself, you create and you surrender.

I conceived a two-year training, through which we learn together how to live and develop this creative process. We will focus on body body awareness and the perception of the divine, through breathing, concentration and meditation. We will investigate lines of contact on the notion of bodies and spaces. We will work: engines, balances, weights, collapse, silence, walking. We will improvise  from the state, from the emotion. We will delve into body creating, gesture and drama. We will search and explore the source of "energy and gesture."

The first year course has seven subjects:

- Hara: The Art of Being

- Emotional field

- Anatomy: organ-meridian-emotion

- Sphincters and opening

- Kundalini Yoga: The rise of energy

- Art / voice / dance

- Body Laboratory

The second year course has seven subjects:

FIRST YEAR’S COURSE SCHEDULE; WEEKLY:

Monday: 6:30 to 9:00 Sadhana (optional), 10:30 to 12:00 Emotional field, 12:00 to 13:30 Hara

Tuesday: 6:30 to 9:00 Sadhana (optional), 10:30 to 12:00 Art / Dance / Voice * 12:00 to 13:30 sphincters

Wednesday: 6:30 to 9:00 Sadhana (optional), 10:30 to 12:00 Chinese Medicine 12:00 to 13:30 Kundalini Yoga

Friday: 6:30 to 9:00 Sadhana (optional), 10:30 to 13:30 Laboratory
