Learn that each one lives a one-off process, worth living, whatever starting point. We will learn that the intention widens our surroundings and attention develops our perception. That surrender makes the trip is definitive. We will learn from the endless flow of nature within...

Feel and love eachother and ourselves. We will learn that Body and Mind are infinitely creative.

 

WHO  IS JESSICA WALKER ?

I have a Masters degree in theater performance by the University of Chile. I lived in the Atacama Desert for experiential and healing work from the Mother Peace Tarot. For the last 20 years I have been linked to experimental theater projects as well as dance and corporal drama mime.

I was a founding member of the company "Teatro del Silencio", to which I belonged 10 years, whose language of gesture and emotion led us to be the group's most important experimental theater in Santiago de Chile. From 1990 to 1998 we toured in America, Europe and Africa. In 1996, I created and directed the gesture theater company "Los de Abajo" in Paris. My most recent works are: Laboratory Hamlet II" and "Noe ... in the course of the water we are all thought " 2003, 2004.

Simultaneously I have researched the language of the body, searching for the origin of the method to connect technical and spirit: work with Le Théâtre du Mouvement, Circus Russian Popov, Topeng, Katakali, Ayurvedic massage in India, Bhutto with Carlota Ikeda…

I am  a Kundalini yoga instructor, kinesiologist, floral therapist geocromotherapist and ten years ago I created the dramatic body language laboratory.

Currently I conduct spiritual healing therapies and prepare my next job: "Lab-Hamlet III."

We will use everything I know, breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga, plexus yogic locks, mantra chanting, chakra activation,visualization, keywords, and above all we will wrap ourselves up in a warm blanket of acceptance, sweetness and majesty , and miracles happen there ...

 

WHO AM I?

Spiritual Name: Haridev Kaur. 45 y/o, single, 2 children. Every day I teach kundalini yoga and meditation. I am co-director of Happy-Yoga. I give personal growth courses on various topics: ego, love, the chakras and their universes ... I help my teacher in training teachers of Kundalini Yoga. I give a training course in floral kinesiology therapists.

I’m a geocromoterapist, a holistic kine-psychologist, and a Silva Mind Control expert. Before and for a long time I was an advertising creative director, with national responsibility. I liked discovering young talents and teach them what I knew about the use of mind facing the creative challenges. I won many national and international awards. I follow the teachings of A Course in Miracles.

JORDI CALVET – HARA

 

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

We will learn to use a conscious system of constant creation, playful and severe at the same time, developing a strategy to understand the conflict, to master the change, to adapt to the environment, to cultivate the Center and expand ones own field, allowing the fluidity and harmony in the relationship with oneself, with others and with the Universe.

WHO AM I?

My name is Jordi Calvet Banchs. I was born in Barcelona in 1958. I give classes and courses teaching Aikido, Tai Chi and Qi gong in different provinces of Spain since 1987.

I am a painter and an illustrator. 1st. classified in the II Iaido Spainish Championship (the art of Japanese sword) (1992). Healing Tao Instructor, using the method of Master Mantak Chia and Bioenergetics with Dr. Carvajal.

My personal search led me to study with different teachers and ways of knowledge, both for personal growth, esoteric science, meditation and sanction, and for martial discipline, with a trajectory of more than twenty years.

PETER GADISH – SPHINCTERS AND OVERTURE

 

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

We will learn the theory and practice of the functioning of the sphincters (circular muscles: eyes, mouth, diaphragm, sex, anus...) are based on the simple discovery that on healthy and balanced body the circular muscles contract and relax all at once, as a unit.

Taking advantage of this simple fact, with work and exercise, we can unlock the body, mind and spirit reaching a free flow of the energy (chi) letting it enter and leave the body, becoming a perfect tool for intuition, imagination and creation. As a garden hose: If you want the water to flow at the maximum power must be opened to the maximum.

 

WHO AM I?

Peter Gadish. Hungary 1947. My theatrical experience began over thirty years ago. In 1978 I studied for three years on the faculty of the Theatre University of Tel Aviv. I worked there, among other theatrical techniques, the subject of Dr. David Snyder, bioenergy and image, and to develop the voice, the sphincter’s system of Garbure Paula. I also worked with Lid Sudana, Balinese actor and dancer long time Peter Brook’s collaborator.

These techniques have accompanied me throughout my career as an actor and drama teacher. Since 1989 I live in Catalunya and I teach Clown, Energy and Imagination, Improvisation and Theater Games in different theater schools in Terrassa, Barcelona, Mataro, Andorra and Ibiza.

Mª ANGELS HERRERO – EMOTIONAL FIELD

 

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

With this course we will look to discern between the different emotions we feel. Our way of deepening self-knowledge will be through the essences of Dr. Bach. They will lead us to the depths of our being, for, to learn who we really are. And with them we will learn to manifest, in our environment, our "new" reality, what we really are. They will guide us to discern when we are dominated by our personality or when it is our soul that holds the reins.

Also discuss, learn and deepen together on different issues that shape our existence. We will create an open space where different opinions have a place and serve for the exchange and mutual growth.

We will devote the last part to deepen on seated beliefs in our unconscious, which make up the way we act and understand the world, and we will see how many times they create conflict within because of our conscious efforts being sabotaged by our unconscious. We will work to create internal cohesion so that we can focus on our objectives in a full, joyful and detached way.

WHO AM I?

Maria Angels Herrero. 34 years old. A son. Naturopath, homeopath, kinesiologist and floral therapist,.

I teach Bach Flower and Floral Essences in IGEM Institut of Barcelona and Floral Kinesiology in Happy Yoga.

For 10 years I worked in a company where I held various positions up to production director.

Today, I’m dedicated to natural medicine consultation and teaching in various schools, working mostly on the emotional field.

Because of a deep conviction that this place, open to experimentation, is a place created to understand ourselves, others, relationships and life itself. Because of a deep joy in the giving and receiving, sharing and communicating, creating together. Because of a deep devotion to find the path of the authenticity of our Being. Because of my love for Jessica, and the work done with love.

AIDA MORAGA – CREATIVE PERCEPTION OF ART HISTORY

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

From your own intuition or general knowledge about art, we will travel in time to learn the fine arts, literature, sculpture, architecture and theater. We want to create an active relationship between creators and their environment, learn from the structures and forms of the past, the channels that express the essence of their creators, and an inexhaustible source, in which we can drink all those who wish to nurture on creation.

WHO AM I?

Aida Moraga. I have a degree in Arts from the Chile University.and I’m a professional actress.

Ten years ago I’ve been linked to theater for the last 14 years, as a pedagogue, actress and research through creating in various theatrical productions and also through teaching (Assistant professor, University of Chile. 1995-1997).

I am currently connected to theatre as an actress (Animal Music Grec 2003) and educator (Laboratorio-escuela) and I’m working on my PhD (Theatre in Barcelona in times of political transition / 1975-1982 / Univ. Barcelona) .

 

WHY GIVE LESSONS IN THE LABORATORIO?

The project to create the school is an instance to share our experiences with many other crazy of love for creation, for human kind, for dreams, all searching.

A new space for love is created, beyond creation, to find our souls in different processes, to give and serve, letting in the past other more personalistic aspirations.

It is the possibility of giving to others, from which I would have liked others to give me, the beautiful and challenging opportunity to generate life, face fear, to search with others, truly with others, regardless of talent or skills innate in each one, only surrender.

FEDORA FONSECA – DANZA: ESPÍRITU Y MOVIMIENTO

 

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

This subject premises are: release the concern of doing it right to dance from the joy, the person is more important than technique and eachone’s dance is always beautiful.

From this base we will go into the technical factors, in the consciousness of the body in motion. We will work with dance essential elements such as the use of weight, coordination, the relationship betwen tensión and relaxation, the connection with various forces such as gravity, centrifugal, active tilting force, and so on. We will dance with all body parts, connecting with the rhythm and musicality, with sound and silence. We will use improvisation to get to one’s dance, to offer the body to the expression of the essence.

 

WHO AM I?

Fedora Fonseca. I trained as a performer and a teacher in contemporary dance at the Spiral Dance Center, directed by Joan Jara and Patricio Bunster who I love and thank so much.

In Chile I danced with three quite symbolic companies and also alone. 8 years ago I was invited to a dance festival in the U.S. and there, a series of questions were raised, and led me out of my context and travel to Barcelona. On this trip I have worked with  Jessica Walker in Paris, I did clown with Philippe Gaulier, I worked with the Catalan company Transit and with Rosana Barra we founded Cuerpo transitorio compañía de danza teatro . I was introduced to Butoh by Rosana and it opened a beautiful world to me.

In 1999 I met the Kundalini Yoga and never left it. I became a Yoga teacher, a Geocrom-therapist, I did kinesiology and I trained in Feng Shui. Since then I co-direct Happy Yoga and investigate dance as a joyful expression of the spirit and a technique to serve what’s true. I'm discovering how the mind and body become unlimited when offered to heaven, the Pure Love, God.

WHY GIVE LESSONS IN THE LABORATORIO?

I think that the Laboratorio-escuela is a platform to experience a way of doing that puts the emphasis on what I find most fundamental in life: Love, with capital letters, and the search of a real place from which to move in all directions . Getting to realize this in a solid form of doing, I think an adventure and a life purpose. I want to be there.

 

VÍCTOR TURULL – VOZ: THE WAY OF AIR AWARENESS

 

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

We will consciously follow the air movement through the lungs and we will extend the diaphragm’s vibration. You will feel the larynx’s elasticity and its function as an air vibrator.

Also, the power and strength of the tongue, you will feel the jaw’s tenderness and how the palate resembles a piano keyboard.

You will be aware of your voice’s vibration in the different resonators of your body, you will learn how to expand through your own sound, your own music.

 

WHO AM I?

Victor Turull. Stage creator. I studied acting school in the Canary Islands. I also did workshops with Pina Bausch, Lindsay Kemp and Phillip Gaullier. Voice study with Sjabe van Hruit.

I follow the conscious energy channeling method of Aberasturi Fedora. Since 1995 I study with Tii Sadiù Kabra, traditional physician of the Mossi ethnia in Burkina Faso.

I toured my own shows in Spain, France, Germany and England.

I am a la Porta co-founder, independent Dance association.

I am a researcher of the Voice and its therapeutic properties.

WHY GIVE LESSONS IN THE LABORATORIO?

Because I love the interplay of learning and teaching. Also because I would have liked to study at a school like this when I started learning through theater and dance. But it didn’t exist.

 

RUT MUÑOZ – ANATOMY AWARENESS: ORGAN, MERIDIAN AND EMOTION

WHAT WILL WE LEARN ?

In a personal moment of fragmented and painful self-image, I find Chinese medicine and it shakes me: "... you are a consistent presence, your body, your emotions, your thoughts will feed each other, they are connected, they are a unity ..." From this concept begins a personal search: to experience it. And here comes my proposal for this subject: to live the coherence and unity that we are, to understand each other, to love each other, to transform each other, to rejoice, to improve ..." loving your body can transform your emotions, get to know your mind through the constitution and condition of your organs, listening to your emotions, your body is heals"

From the 12 main meridians (channels through which you move the ki or energy) begins a journey inward, where we are with our body and entrails, and we rediscover them: an emotional and psychological universe to explore shows up when interacting with the physical part... and this trip has its last stop on the face: an open window dictating what goes on inside, in a language yet to be deciphered ...

And in a sweet and loving relationship with myself , I transcend my body and I  find God

 

WHO AM I?

I was born in 1976 in Valencia and I’ve lived in Barcelona for about 9 years.

I'm a nutritionist guide, and I have consultation in Barcelona, Brussels and Paris. I am a graduate in art history, Oriental Medicine, Shiatsu and Healing Power, and I’m specialized in Chinese landscape painting in art history, and facial diagnosis in the field of natural medicine.

I carry out a research on the emotional and psychological dimension of the organs and entrails (the body) as associated functions with the corresponding  physiological, studies that I integrate with the concept of oriental medicine for the five transformations.

Also I teach Hatha yoga and Taoist yoga in Happy Yoga and other centres. I am a cook and I give healing energy cooking classes.
